Our 8-Week Mindset & Leadership Program teaches athletes how to think, compete, and lead like champions — in sports, school, and life. Designed for athletes in Grades 2–8, this small-group experience blends lessons, discussions, and challenges that build the confidence, discipline, and emotional control young athletes need to thrive.
Each week focuses on a new leadership theme — Focus, Discipline, Accountability, Resilience, Teamwork, Confidence, Communication, and Grit — reinforced through stories, interactive exercises, and real-world applications. Athletes learn how to set goals, handle adversity, support teammates, and lead by example on and off the field.
The Result: Athletes who not only play harder, but think stronger — and parents who see their kids growing into confident, driven young leaders.
